War Thunder cheat setup on Windows 11: what should I check first?

Before I touch any setup steps, what should I actually verify on Windows 11? I have an Intel PC and the game is already updated.

I do not want to spend an evening chasing a setting that the current guide would have told me about in line one.

Current status first. Then the product requirements. People reverse those steps constantly.

Save your settings with a name once it is working. Future you will appreciate not guessing which slider did what.

Named configs, good call. My desktop is already a museum of final-final folders.
